With more than 20+ years of Sales & Marketing experience I am excited to now be be involved in the ever changing Karratha real estate market.
For me real estate is way more about people than it is about property and choosing a real estate agent is an important decision.
I am often asked to handle a property transaction for my clients simply because my clients "feel" confident that what I am advising is accurate and that I am leading them firmly but thoughtfully in the direction they should go to achieve the very best outcome for them..
A systematic and thorough approach is what I bring to the table along with a no nonsense attitude with ongoing communication that takes many forms. I am an over 50 but quite "tech savy" so I can use Social Media effectively to promote my own profile and also the properties I am promoting.
My experience as a Buyers Agent through 2006 / 2007 has enabled me to possess thorough understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers and this means I can offer unbiased advice.
My wife Mandy, (Property Manager also with this same office), and I often "talk shop" over dinner as we both are passionate to deliver the very best service to our clients whether in sale or property management.
Serving on the board of the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2012 has resulted in some wonderful, often high profile, business connections many of whom I now count as friends and my plan is to build on that same approach here in the Pilbara.
Strong community ties are important to me and I use every opportunity to actively seek out relationship and networking opportunities along with a view of supporting local business.
